How do I place an order?
Click on the bag you want to buy and select "Add to Cart".
If you do not need to purchase anything else, proceed with the purchase by clicking the "Checkout" button. Select a shipping and payment method and if you have a discount code, enter it under: "Gift Card or Discount Code". Enter the shipping details and, on the next page, the payment details.
Check that the information provided is correct and then click on “Pay Now”.
After a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a new email notification from the courier. If you have any problems with the purchase process, please write to info@giratine.com
What are the payment methods?
Giratine.com accepts different types of payment: by credit card, Paypal and cash on delivery.
If you want to pay in three installments, you can use the service offered by Klarna.
What are the delivery times and costs?
Shipping to Italy is free for orders starting from €60.00 and delivery times are approximately 24/48 hours on weekdays.
You will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number upon shipment.

Is it possible to make a return?
Yes, it is possible within 15 days from the delivery date.
Returns to Italy are free.
Inside the package you will find the waybill to apply on the package to be returned.
The bag must be intact and unused and with the tag still attached.
Once the box has been closed and the waybill has been applied, it must be delivered to the DHL point closest to you.
