Returns and Refunds

In Italy

You must first know that:
The return is at the customer's expense. It is possible to return within 14 days of delivery . The product must be in the original conditions , unworn or unused and in the shipping package with the tag attached .
Returns are not possible on customizations.

To make a return :
Write to info@giratine.com indicating your order number. If your return is accepted, we send you instructions on how and where to send the package . After receiving your return and verifying the conformity of the product, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction .
